  • 7 Days a week (Mon-Sun)
  • 8 hours a day (max.)
  • Up to 200 Calls or Emails or Chats per Week.

PLATINUM TIER

  • Minimum Trained Agents
  • 7 Days a week (Mon-Sun)
  • 24 hours a day.
  • Up to 500 Calls or Emails or Chats per Week.
